Chandler Bailey Media & Ministry, LLP, along with all affiliated brands, platforms, programs, services, and digital properties (collectively referred to as “CBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing high-quality content, education, mentorship, media, and event-based experiences. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of our products and services, all purchases are governed by the policies outlined below.
These policies apply to all purchases, including but not limited to:
- Online courses and digital products
- Subscriptions and memberships
- Coaching, consulting, and mentorship services
- Live events and training experiences
- Apparel and physical merchandise
By completing a purchase with CBM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Any earnings statements, success stories, testimonials, or examples shared by Chandler Bailey Media & Ministry, LLP are aspirational and non-typical. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of results.

CBM does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your personal, professional, and financial decisions. Participation in any CBM program does not create a fiduciary, employment, or advisory relationship.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, business growth, ministry growth, or personal transformation. Education, mentorship, faith-based leadership development, and entrepreneurship require discipline, execution, and responsibility.

Offers, Coupons & Promotions
- Offers and coupon codes may not be combined unless expressly stated.
- Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable.
All Sales Final – Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to:
- Online courses
- Digital downloads
- Video training
- Membership portals
- Recorded coaching sessions
are non-refundable once access is granted. Digital access cannot be revoked, returned, or resold.
Physical Products & Apparel
Most apparel and merchandise are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
- Incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or address errors are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Returned or unclaimed shipments may incur reshipment fees.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Live Events & Training
- Live event tickets are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and attendee.
- All attendees must meet age requirements (18+ unless otherwise stated).
- No children, babies, strollers, or car seats permitted unless explicitly allowed.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
If unable to attend, requests for store credit must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the event. Credits are subject to availability and may be used once.
Payment Plans
Customers using payment plans agree to pay 100% of the total purchase price.
- Failure to complete payments results in forfeiture of access without refund.
- Delinquent accounts may be suspended.
- Payment plans are not subscriptions and are not cancelable mid-term.
- Removing a payment method does not cancel contractual obligations.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
By enrolling in a subscription or recurring service, you authorize CBM to charge your selected payment method automatically.
- Charges may occur monthly or at the stated interval.
- No refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Subscription cancellations must be submitted via email to info@chandlerbailey.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Class Action Waiver & Arbitration Agreement
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of CBM products or services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not class action litigation.
You waive the right to:
- Jury trials
- Class actions or representative proceedings
If any portion of this provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Privacy & Personal Information
CBM collects personal information to provide services, process transactions, and improve user experience. This may include:
- Name, email, phone number, and billing information
- Website usage data and device information
- Communication preferences
By providing your information, you consent to communication via email, phone, and SMS in compliance with applicable laws. You may opt out at any time.
Media, Publicity & Likeness Release
By attending events or participating in CBM programs, you grant permission for your name, image, likeness, voice, and participation to be recorded and used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes without compensation.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the Effective Date listed above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
